Tips I learned
To get the most out of your Wii Fit, put some effort into it!
You'll be breaking a sweat in no time if you consider these tips:
- Really lean over when you're heading that soccer ball, or gliding through those ski flags. This will not only improve your balance, but will work your abs as well.
- Run with both wiimotes in your hands, or pick up some light weights, slipping your wiimote in your pocket. This will really make your arms and shoulders burn!
- When you're heading down the slope for the ski jump, try and get the red dot into the little circle in your map that's on the top right of your screen. This allows you to go faster, increasing your hang time in the air.
- Stand with your feet towards the middle of the balance board while walking the tightrope. This will help you stay balanced while attempting to walk!

I love my WiiFit, and I really enjoyed exploring it with Geeksugar!!
1i'd like to know a few things b/c i'm considering getting this when the weather gets chilly & maybe when more games are made. first of all, do you have any control over what workouts you do? do you have to do ALL of the workouts? is it like other games where you have to unlock games before you can play everything? for instance, can you skip yoga entirely?
