Wii Fit Fitness Journal: A Retrospective
Losing It
At week three,
I had lost four pounds, and gained a new respect for the Wii. Not only did we have a great time last year getting fit by playing
Wii sports, we can get even more fit just by staying home and turning on our consoles today.
Rhythm boxing dominated my workouts this week, but the free run allowed me to work up a good sweat while watching re-runs of
The Hills. Sweet!
