Now this is something I can totally get behind: the guys over at Cheap Ass Gamer have started a game drive for our troops in Iraq. I can imagine on top of the scorching heat that the distance from family and what's familiar can really make our troop's experience unbearable.
So why not help bring the comforts of home to them by sending over some of those games that are just sitting on your shelves? While it doesn't take much and seems to be a small gesture, you can make a gamer's day when she beats her officer in a round of Super Smash Bros Brawl, giving her bragging rights for weeks thereafter. The cause has already proven to relieve stress, so check out Kotaku for more details on where to send those games, and share the love with our gamer guys and girls overseas!
