The recently opened Zune Marketplace store is set to add more than 400 new episodes of popular television shows to its online line-up — with 19 popular titles coming this week. Shows like The Colbert Report, The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Lipstick Jungle (woot!), are all set to make their Zune Marketplace debut.
Each show is said to be 160 Microsoft Points per episode (approximately $1.99).

i want a media store that lets me buy crap for all of my media players. i hate that my music is being held hostage based on which mp3 i use. i wish i knew how to quit itunes.
1I'm glad the Zune team is stepping up their game finally.
2hmm, that seems like a decent price - some competition for itunes eh? too bad i don't have a zune (or ipod for that matter). i can't say that i'm still sold on the idea of watching tv on a little screen like the zune or ipod.
3*groan* why do all things microsoft have to be so propriatary? Does the zune have to have its own currency??
