Wii Fit: Tips and Tricks
Ski Jump
Squat and lean forward while you're heading down the jump. Check out the positioning display on the top right of your screen - try to get the red dot into the blue circle for max speed, and keep leaning forward after you extend (jump) to go further!

1I am going to pick up my wii-fit this afternoon! Wahoo!
2You get the best jumps by waiting until the last possible second before jumping at the end of the ramp. It also helps to put your arms out for balance in mid flight.
I also notice that I seem to get better jumps when I squat down low on the ramp then standing up quickly. Whether on my tippy toes or not, it does not seem to make much of a difference.
