Running
If you have pockets, put the Wiimote in your pocket and pick up a couple bottles of water in each hand to really work your arms while you run. If you don't have pockets, just pick up another Wiimote to hold in the other hand. Even a little weight makes a difference! Really swing those arms!

Great tips, I havce been using mine for about an hour every day and it seems to be working and has made my work out super effortless! I was wondering if you got your Wii socks with your Wii Fit, as mine did not come with them
Also, I have been using a medicine ball when doing some of
the stregth training and yoga poses, I tend to go outside of the yellow part, but I definitely feel the burn!

2Yes, my workout pants do not have pockets, so I have to hold it. Has anybody tried running in a small circle or something? I have a hard time just running in place for that long; it doesn't seem normal to my body or something and it just wants to move forward!
