Wii Fit: Tips and Tricks
With my first week of the
Wii Fit Fitness Challenge under my belt, I've discovered some tricks to get the most out of your workouts with your virtual trainer. But since Wii Fit is so easy to use and follow along with, you really won't have any trouble catching on right away and burning off that fro-yo you had for lunch!

I heart my Wii Fit!!
1I just got mine today and I admit, my legs are tired! It is so much fun. One thing I notice already is that you can't really play it as much as wii sports because you really do get a workout on this thing.
2This is my new love...I have played for an hour ever night since I got it...I will be super tone for bathing suit season!!
3I just got one last night and I am super excited....i get to dork out and work out at the same time. What more could a girl want?
4My friend has one...it's AWESOME. How often do you get to run with a video game?
5wii fit is really awesome. its a good alternative to the video games where you just sit around. you can have fun and work out at the same time!
6I have just bought a Wii and Wii fit on the weekend, have used it for the last 3 days and im already seing and feeliong results! I would recommend it to anyone! The best feature though, is that i can weigh my little girl!
