It was inevitable that the new beautiful BlackBerry Bold and the iPhone would be given a side by side comparison, and truthfully I can't wait to get my hands on that sweet little device — hey, John, can I borrow yours for a few days?
I own and love both my BlackBerry and iPhone, so I'm glad that I don't have to choose between them — yet! Will I upgrade either my Curve for a Bold or my iPhone for a 3G, v 2.0 iPhone? I don't know yet, but I can't wait to see how they fare against each other. What about you?

Oh, I'm so ready for a new phone. I've had the same one for three years. I can't decide what I'm going to get though. Guess I'll wait and see!

I rather the iphone. I don't even know what the big deal is with the bold, what is it touch screen or something?
3I have an iPhone and love it. This is the first time that I have had everything in sync between my phone and computer (like an address book), without having to buy software to make PC programs work on my MAC. I don't know if I will get the 3G because what I have feels like more than enough.
4BlackBerry, give me a keyboard w/ keys and word/excel editing. Touchscreen is over rated

6i can't wait to get my hands on iphone 2.0! blackberry's are alright but they remind me of the ad firm i worked for where they could harass you at all times of day and night because they gave you a blackberry and you had to answer. damn those intrusive corporate types.

8While I love the look of the iPhone, that touchscreen seems like it could get pretty grody, really fast with icky fingerprints (drives me bananas). Plus, I refuse to switch to AT&T from T-Mobile, so I'm with the Blackberry Bold -- I love my Curve but the Bold is too pretty for me to resist!

14I've never had a blackberry and even when I was waiting desperately for 2.5 years for something new I just couldn't go there. Now that there's third party software to sync it to your Mac it's not nearly the issue it was... well except for the fact that my iphone kicks ass! I love this little device. I just do. Sure it gets smudgy but i wipe it on my pants and it looks as good as new. No scratches as the screen is glass. I LOVE the software updates that they provided this year and all the added functionality that they brought to my already awesome little phone

16well, since neither is available with T Mobile I can't get either one but, if I could...the Blackberry! I have a Pearl now and I love it. I just would like the full keyboard next time I get a phone. And isn't the new Blackberry supposed to have GPS capability? I would love that. Now...if only T Mobile would get them.

macgirl - I totally agree with those items on your wish list. I would also like to add functionality to the camera (zoom, flash or even photo booth). Copy and paste are desperately needed.
26I used to have a BlackBerry, but then I upgraded to an iPhone and in love! The Bold looks promising, mimicking the interface, and even the overall exterior design. But still, with Apple's user-friendly interface, and simple design, the Bold can't be compared to the iPhone because the iPhone is so far ahead of its time.
