Remember all that noise I talked about desperately wanting to mount my flat screen to my wall? Well, I might have to take that back — IF I can have the Prism 50 Media Stand, yet another fabulous and inspirational piece from my design guru, Karim Rashid.
The Prism 50 comes in black and white or all black, and it's just modern simplicity at its sexiest. I like the absence of bells and whistles, as it'll keep me from using my TV stand as a clutter collector. The thing is, I might need the rest of the furniture in the picture too. Yowza.

1That would work perfectly in my living room!
2very sleek and sexy but i don't have a flat screen and won't be upgrading anytime soon so it's cool to look at.
3i like it. i use my old (quite low) rectangular coffee table in a chocolate brown (black-brown) as a tv stand for my flat screen. i don't have it up against the wall so the look of the coffee table is nice and not too huge looking. it is 90 degrees to my bookshelf with stereo, dvd player and all that stuff so it works out really well. the coffee table has 2 pull out drawers for wiimotes and remote controls, manuals etc. and an open spot in between the drawers. i guess this wouldn't work for someone who wants to put their dvd player on the same unit as their tv but it works for me!
