Adding Big Ticket Items to Your Wedding Registry
Now that you've set up your
Online Wedding Registry, it's time for the fun part — adding items! Before you start panicking, listen up — it's totally OK to add big ticket items like TVs or cameras to your registry. Some couples may feel uncomfortable including expensive electronics on their registry list, but if you really need (and/or want) a certain item, go ahead and include it!
Trust me, friends and family members would much rather combine their money to get you something you will actually use, than waste their money on that fancy blender that hides in the cupboard. Take a peek at my slideshow for some great gadget gift ideas to add to your registry!

I already had most of those things, so my big ticket items was the dyson. I would feel weird asking for things that aren't useful and age quickly.
1I would definitely love to add all of the above to the wedding registry. But what's a good store that has kitchen appliances as well these big ticket items like the tv!?
2doesn't best buy have kitchen appliances? Also Sears does too.
3Some stores, Target I believe, also offer a discount of 10% off things you register for but no one buys if you choose to purchase them yourself after the wedding. Registering for the big ticket items at least gets you the discount even if no one does buy them.
