Oh, Joyce, aren't you too cute? She wants to be unsubscribed from "your" Internet because hers gets too full all the time.
She does have an email address, so I'm a little confused as to why she didn't just email this in, but then I'm actually not confused at all. It's crystal.
You know that this letter, posted on Neatorama, was totally written by someone's cute mom who's a little less than tech savvy. Is Joyce your mom? Or an awful lot like yours? Then please join our Funny Tech Stories group, and keep posting her letters!

This reminds me so much of my grandmother! When she can't get a page to load, she says it's because "the weather must be bad there."
1hahaa when she says internet, does she mean her inbox?
2Awwww! You are right, that's cute.
3It is pretty cute... but let me tell you having worked at my local cable/internet company for over a year, it's AMAZING the number of letters we get like this everyday. There are some seriously un-tech savvy people out there. Including some of my co-workers :|
4This reminds me of that commercial where the mailman comes to the door and the lady rushes to open it and she's like, 'Do you have any email for me'. Haha, she was totally clueless!
5this is really cute and funny.
seems strange that there are people out there like
this, but I guess so!
6one woman asked me why her computer couldn't see her usb memory stick. i asked her where the usb drive was and she pointed to it; it was sitting on her desk in front of the monitor. "it's right in front of it?! why can't the computer SEE it?!"
7At my workplace, people frequently ask if we can see them through their monitors.
I once had a woman call in, frantic that her screen suddenly turned black. Apparently well-trained not to touch anything and immediately call tech support, I told her to move her mouse. Voila! Problem solved. Her monitor went to sleep.
8Yeah it's crazy how older people can't comprehend how to use the web.My bfs grandmother constantly is calling and asking him how to use it,or to come over to help her fix it.Its like dude just open firefox and type stuff in the search bar and click enter, and repeat.haha how hard is that?
9My friend's mother is in her 60's and pretty computer-savvy, but she does have one adorable little quirk: when greasemonkey (which her son-in-law installed on firefox for her) breaks for whatever reason, she'll call her son and ask him "why is my monkey sad?"
