One of the drawbacks to living in a city is how all the streetlights extinguish the stars overhead. I don't have the car or the time to drive somewhere far away enough to see those stars, even though stargazing is one of my all-time favorite no-electricity-required pastimes.
Though it's not as good as the real thing (because nothing could be), this Personal Planetarium from Restoration Hardware could be a fun substitute for those nights when you ache to lay back and lose yourself in a glitter-flecked sky.
Get in your recliner and just think, "In a galaxy, far, far away. . . "
Thats [COOL]!
1That does sound really neat. Too bad it's from RH they are just about the worst company to order anything from online!
2hotsuff - Why is that?
I'd really love one! It's a little pricy though... maybe for Christmas?
3My boyfriend wants one of these so bad.
4I would LOVE one of these. I grew up in a small town where there weren't enough lights to block out the beautiful view, but then I moved to a bigger town to attend the University, so I really miss seeing the stars at night. This would be such a treat, and chill me out when I'm stressed, too.
5freegracefrom, I had the delivery from HELL with them I would never ever buy another thing from them! I bought a high price item over $1000.00 from them they had no clue where it was months later! Horrible customer service, and I decided to check online reviews about them and it's ALL bad news. NEVER AGAIN!
6Oh, and after months of the run around I never got what I bought and had to finally cancel! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
7Wow, that's really awesome.
8that is so awesome!
9hotstuff, wow, that IS crazy! I think I'll avoid them then. The last thing I need is more retail drama.
10that's cool but i agree, the real thing is definitely better
