Bella's Smart Car Adventure
Like me,
Bella is part of a car-sharing group here in San Francisco, and when she found out that Smart cars had been added to the fleet, she squealed with glee. Last weekend, she rented a Smart Fourtwo for a few hours and tooled around the city. But would the miniscule vehicle deliver big performance and big fun? Read on to get the scoop from Bella herself.

I love the idea of super-compact cars like the Smart Car, and I even like the look of the ForTwo. Consumer Reports, however, completely tears apart the Smart Car whenever it talks about it.

6I used to be a member of City Car Share until I got my own car (it's just more convenient and I still carpool). I'm loving the fact that City Car Share has added more "hip" cars like the Mini and Prius to its fleet in the last year or two. I remember when it was mainly boxy, but still cool, Scions.

8Yes, I got that email informing us they had acquired the Smart Cars and got super excited, too! I can't wait to try it out!
