The gadget world is near infinite. From grandiose media chairs, $150,000 speakers to ankle strap ons - no idea is too bizarre, geeky or cutting edge. But what about all those geeky items with a sexy twist? You may have been worried I was ignoring them, and to be fair I kind of was, but enough of you have asked about all the sexy gadgets and gizmos I've found while searching the internet and I decided it was high time I share the goodies.


I was initiated into the OhMiBod universe at this year's Macworld, when an attendee admitted she was heartbroken they weren't selling it on the exhibit floor. I was shocked, intrigued and mortified all at once. What is the OhMiBod you wonder? It's described as a "new generation of vibrator that combines elegance of design with the excitement of your favorite music." An integrated microchip allows the OhMiBod to vibrate to the beat and rhythm of the music playing on your iPod/MP3 player while you listen and "enjoy." As the girl says in the video it's a must have. The first thing I did when I came across the iBoxer was instant message the link to a couple of my guy friends. The responses were: "oh, no, that's just an iPod in my boxers," "they don't look big enough" - still not sure about that one - "what are those for working out in your underwear?" and "maybe if they added a toaster, I could make some pop-tarts while listening to my iTunes." It may not be the most practical of the sexy geek items, but I wouldn't mind if my honey turned it into his iPod uniform. ($22)

In my humble opinion, there is nothing more ridiculous than the iAttire iPod Negligee. It's quite simply, a mini lingerie number for your iPod. I can't see a reason why you would need this, but if you love your iPod enough and you really want to dress her up, I guess this is how to do it. ($23.99)












If your relationship is centered around humor (and really, whose isn't?) consider getting her something light and humorous. I know Think Geek's HTTPanties aren't everyone's style, but I would certainly get a great laugh out of them. If you've ever run across a "403 Forbidden" error on a web site, it means you've either stumbled onto the wrong page, or you've been snooping where you shouldn't be...aren't these panties on track?
