I'll admit it, I am a recovering Hello Kitty addict. When I was 5, my parents wanted me to only play with cloth and wooden toys so every time my mom and I would pass by the Hello Kitty store in San Francisco I would peer into a world I thought I was missing out on. At the time, it seemed like torture. Today, I know better. While there are literally hundreds of thousands of Hello Kitty products out there - from rice cookers, irons, flash drives, hubcaps, fans and speakers to cameras. One drawback for Hello Kitty lovers is that only a fraction of them are licensed, and an even smaller fraction are available in the US, so that can be hard to come by in mainstream stores.

Some of the best (and by best I sort of mean "worst") gadgets, like this Hello Kitty cell phone are available in the U.S., but for a price. For $599.99 this phone, which features a camera that can take still images or video clips in various sizes and qualities, supports picture messaging, GPS and WAP. I'm not saying you should run out and buy it, I just thought you'd like to know it's out there. For a bunch of crazy Hello Kitty gadgets, just read more

1I want the Hello Kitty rims tooo. Where can we get them?
2I have the hello kitty toaster it is awesome! I also have the Fender Hello kitty guitar, *I swear I will play* and I want the Hello Kitty TV. For me, its not just for kids, because Hello Kitty is a fashion icon like Louis Vuitton is for handbags, HK is my version of Louis Vuitton.
3I went to Target the other day and they had a HK Toaster, waffle maker and blender on clearance... Guess who's gettting all three when she leaves work. HK is the only brand that has the perfect pink for my kitchen.

\m/(O_O) RAWWWWWWWWWWWK!!
I love Hello Kitty!
5My daughter loved Hello Kitty when she was little...when she moved out of the house her father threw away her HK toothbrush holder and she's never forgiven him...now whenever we travel we're on a mission to buy her a new toothbrush holder but have never seen another. We're on our way to Asia in a few weeks and I'll bet money that we spend more time looking for this toothbrush holder than seeing the sights! She's nutz!
6I understand lots of grown women love HK...I like her, too. (BTW, Allure editor asked in her letter one month for women to stop acting like children wearing cartoons - b*tch.)
But...they had a HK alarm clock when I was searching for an alarm clock for my g6...but it had a ipod dock on it, so of course it was more than I wanted to spend (they had NO other character alarm clocks!!!). They also had a paper shredder. "Ooh, mommy, can I get this hello kitty....thing?"
There aren't many girls who can get away with HK kitchen appliances. Pretty much college to the day you move in with a man. Mine would never use a toaster that was all pink and kitty-ish.
Enjoy 'em while you can, girls,
7i heart hello kitty! so what...its our money?!
8i heart hello kitty!!! Everybody loves HK, go ask Mariah Carey, Paris Hilton and so on.
