I always transport my MacBook in a Tucano notebook case but I am still looking for more creative and colorful ways to dress it up. What I've found is this great See Thru Hard Shell for MacBook, which is essentially a two piece snap-on protective hard shell that's compatible with 15" MacBook Pro Core Duo and Core 2 Duo computers. (There are additional sizes on the website as well.)
I like the idea of the case because it allows protection and access to all features at the same time. I hate to admit it, but I have ruined a computer with a spill in my bag and my current computer is only a few months old and covered in scratches. The See Thru Hard Shell for MacBook is $49.95.

1i wish they made them for our old school macs too. i'd totally buy one for my powerbook. oh well. can't wait for the eventual upgrade!
2Anything similar for us PC users? My Inspiron 8600 with a wide screen is looking a bit rough, since it goes just about everywhere with me and I'd love something like this to help protect it!
