Flickr user linkcake recently made what I think is a prize-worthy Zelda Cake display for her daughter, who having become a new Zelda fan thanks to the Wii, asked for a themed birthday surprise this year.

Being a Wii fan myself, and having recently started an Ace of Cakes addiction, I think this is adorable.

I am a fan of Ace of Cakes, too.
Charm City Cakes is just a couple of blocks from my house!
And Dizzie Issie's (next to the bakery) is the best local bar- full or character and great food at great prices.
I'm glad there is one TV show out there that shows a different side of Baltimore.

5since 8-bit nintendo is based on small units/pixels anything of the small individual variety(legos, cupcakes, mosaic tables) is easy to make nostalgic sculptures out of, always a fun idea but this really impresses me: http://www.flickr.com/photos/alttext/246142812/
