Now that Apple is kicking some serious butt in terms of music download sales, I'm wondering if its enhanced iTunes movie rental service is going to grow to be the number one online movie destination?
Amazon is already working toward improving its online rental service, Amazon Unbox. According to The Boy Genius Report, Amazon is considering adding more high-def content to its selections, as well as starting a subscription service and possibly offering certain titles for free.
What do you think? Will these "added" features make you commit to Amazon Unbox over other online services?

A subscription service would certainly be interesting. I wish apple had that (but I'm not holding my breath)
1I actually really enjoy Amazon Unbox. I haven't used it for movies yet because I just use my Netflix, but as far as TV goes...if my TiVo blips and misses an episode, I just head on over to Amazon Unbox and buy it. I don't like to do that on iTunes unless I have to, as I'd much rather watch the show on my TV in my living room. And it goes right into my TiVo so I don't forget about it...I'm always forgetting about the stuff that's on my iTunes.
2I prefer iTunes for TV since it integrates with my portable devices. But when Apple and NBC split like Paris & Nicole, it was either embrace Unbox or stay home on Thursdays. It beats Hulu, but I still wish I could get my 30 Rock to go.
