15I am so very giddy with utter joy as I sit here typing out the words, Marion Cotillard won for Best Actress! She was so very deserving of this awards and the pure and honest look of shock and happiness on her face when she heard her name announced for Best Actress was truly priceless, as was the lovely, honest and genuine acknowledgment in Cate Blanchett's reaction as well!
Ellen Page will surely get her turn one day and Julie Christie has already won an Oscar as has Cate and Laura Linney will likely be a nominee again some day as well, so this was such a lovely and wonderful win that I am grinning ear to ear right now in my sheer happiness for Marion!
The Oscars do indeed get things oh so very right now and again!
