One of my favorite songs, "Ooh La La," goes, "I wish that I knew what I know now, when I was younger." Well with FutureMe.org, you can at least remind yourself then what you know now. This website lets you write an email to yourself and set it to send in the future, 1, 5, 10 years later —whenever Future Your wants to hear from Old You.
Seems pretty basic, but there's also another fun feature on the site: "View Public Entries," which is exactly what it sounds like.
Don't worry, you can set your entry to private so it's not public if you don't want it to be, but thank you to those who do! Especially this guy — who is congratulating his future self on getting girls despite his present setbacks. It definitely made me giggle and warmed my heart all at the same time.

i did this when i was in 8th grade. our youth group leader made us write a letter, and i got it when i was inbetween freshman and sophomore year of college. i didn't even read all of it. i was like "man i was stupid" and i threw it away.
1That's a cool idea!! I've seriously always wanted to do something like this.
2This is very cool.
3Interesting, not sure if I would use it though
4"don't drink the coffee it's been poisoned, signed future MacGirl"...
5Ooooh I did this last year.
I just about cried at how much I've
changed.. as in not that much.
But it was nice to be
reminded of how it felt that exact same time the previous year.
6ha ha macgirl!! i wrote myself a letter on the website a few months ago but have no idea what i wrote. can't wait to receive it in the future
7Sounds fun for some people. But I don't think that I would use it either.
