Was it really so long ago that we used floppy disks? Here's a Diskette Handbag that utilizes those old and nearly-forgotten little stores of information. This geek generally prefers her bags to have the good stuff on the inside rather than the outside, but there's something a little geek chic about this, isn't there? Of course, you could also avoid paying $50 for this and DIY your own bag with old diskettes (or thrift-store finds, you know they're going nowhere there)! You'd be eco and geek chic! As for this bag, what do you think?

There's something very 80's about this...
I don't like this one bit
only good if you have files on the disk. i found about 6 floppies like this a couple days ago and have no idea where I can use them...
Leave it.
I kinda like it, but I'd definitely improvise if I got it.
Leave it.
I wouldn't carry it.
wow... that's a little too 'geek girl' for me. xD
Have no love for this at all :|
disks aren't that chic looking.
This is hideous.
I love reading Gek sugar every day! The writers are so fresh and witty!
i think the idea behind it is cool.. but the bag is horrid to begin with, with or without the diskettes...
That bag is SO UGLY!!!
No thanks.
super ugly
I will say it is a unique idea. Kinda urban looking. The key to finding out if it is hot, is to make one and sell it on ebay..........if it sells right away, make more and more $$$$, lol.
i hate floppy diskes. i still do. i still use them for the autoprofiler in our work shop.
i wouldn't want to have this.
Awesome and a good way to recycle!
um...someone has too much time on their hands - i don't really care for that
I don't like the shape of the bag, but I love the idea. Maybe I'll try the DIY tips.
#1 - if I was going to get one, I'd make it myself. SO not worth $50 when I could spend $5 for the binding materials and use some of the HUNDREDS of floppies I have laying around.
#2 - It'd be really uncomfortable because A) it's bulky, and B) the plastic would bang against you a lot.
