You need to declare FEED BANKRUPCY and mark them all as read if you are suffering !!

TrueSong --- Tidal beat me to it, but I was going to point out that yes, there is. I know of at least one, called "Byline" that my husband uses.

I used GoogleReader for a while but I find RSS feeds to be overwhelming. I do follow some of my favorite websites on Twitter and just use that as an RSS Feed now.
